PGI Corp. has recently signed a marketing and sales agreement
with a world-class resort in eastern Canada, Nova Scotia. Release
of phase 1 will start in the first quarter of 2006.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and Austria, PGI Corp.
has representatives and agents operating with great experiences
in consulting, marketing and selling of international resorts
especially Canadian golf and vacation resorts. Upcoming further
offices in New York and Boston, USA, will be established.
